This is the challenge card for Club Posh. We needed to use an egg carton on the card.

Getting ready to start my cards for our "Close to my Heart" club on the 16th. I think I will use the new holiday papers and the Workshop on the go: Frosted cardmakin kit.  The stamps are not turned around but they are at the bottom of the page. You get enough cards and envelopes for 15 card and all the paper that you need to finish them along with a brochure that gives you all the information about cutting and placement that you need and more. My latest passion

My passion lately is working with Close to my Heart. Here are a couple of cards done with CTMH. The stamps used are Fast and Furious and My Sunshine which is the Stamp of the Month for April. Our First Class was a great success. We have 2 new girls signed up and they seem to really like it. This is the card that we did on Thursday. Stamps by Gina K. Designs, Cardstock by Close to My Heart from the Claire collection, markers from Close to My Heart. It was a fun project. I hope you will try it.

I am now working on my next 8 week session with the Shepherd Center. I have chosen to teach both Creative Stamping Techniques and Beginning Quilting. We'll see how that goes. I have been watching YouTube and I am so in love with the mini albums that are out there. So many wonderful artists. If you get a chance go on over and look for Cathy Orta's mini albums. Although it takes a while to complete one of these albums, it is well worth the time. Back to my work, I have been totally involved with my expression2 machine and making loads of boxes. Here is one that I have put in Picas 3. More will come later. There is a tiny little box inside the blue box.

March memories

It's almost the end of the month and I have not posted much. My classes at the Shepherd Center are over till the 11th of April and now I have time to get at least the first 4 weeks done. Need some new ideas for our mixed class. We do Boxes, Bags and Cards for 8 segments. My club is on Mondays at my church and we have a great time just stamping our heart out. Hey everybody, I have worked on cards from 10:00 am til 7:30 pm and I am pooped. Can't show them yet but I will soon as they get posted on Club Posh. I love doing cards and looking at other stampers cards. There is nothing more exhilleratting then taking a plain piece of paper and making it pretty or funny or even somber with stamps and markers and your creative abilities. You should really try it once.
